20 kg Powder + 5 L Liquid (Kit)

Certified Waterproofing

Meets international standards for hydrostatic resistance

Product Overview

Hydro-Shield is a two-component, flexible cementitious waterproofing system comprising a powder component and a liquid polymer component. When mixed, they form a highly effective, crack-bridging, impermeable membrane that adheres strongly to concrete, masonry, and screed substrates.

Hydro-Shield is ideal for wet rooms, planter boxes, retaining walls, foundation walls, and drainage channels. Its flexibility allows it to bridge hairline cracks and accommodate minor structural movement without failure, making it superior to rigid cementitious coatings for demanding applications.

Compliance: Meets EN 14891 for waterproofing products applied beneath ceramic tiling.

Standard Application Process

1

Surface Prep

Clean the substrate thoroughly. Remove all dust, grease, loose particles, and efflorescence. Fill any large cracks with repair mortar and allow to cure.

2

Priming

Dampen the substrate with clean water. For WAPRO liquid, apply the first coat directly. For powder products, mix per specified ratio until lump-free.

3

First Coat

Apply first coat evenly using a brush or roller, working product into the surface firmly. Ensure complete coverage with no pinholes or dry spots.

4

Second Coat

After first coat is touch-dry (2–4 hrs), apply second coat in the opposite direction. Allow full cure before tiling, backfilling, or flood testing.
