Certified Waterproofing

Meets international standards for hydrostatic resistance

Product Overview

WAPRO Water Proofer is an advanced crystalline waterproofing compound that penetrates deep into concrete and masonry substrates to permanently seal micro-cracks and pores. Unlike surface coatings, WAPRO becomes an integral part of the structure, self-healing minor future cracks through continued crystalline growth.

Its excellent resistance to hydrostatic pressure (up to 5 bar) makes it the first choice for below-grade structures, water tanks, swimming pools, flat roofs, and bathrooms. Easy to apply by brush, roller, or low-pressure spray with no primer required.

Compliance: Tested to ASTM C1202 for chloride ion penetration resistance. Meets BS 8102 waterproofing standards.

Standard Application Process

1

Surface Prep

Clean the substrate thoroughly. Remove all dust, grease, loose particles, and efflorescence. Fill any large cracks with repair mortar and allow to cure.

2

Priming

Dampen the substrate with clean water. For WAPRO liquid, apply the first coat directly. For powder products, mix per specified ratio until lump-free.

3

First Coat

Apply first coat evenly using a brush or roller, working product into the surface firmly. Ensure complete coverage with no pinholes or dry spots.

4

Second Coat

After first coat is touch-dry (2–4 hrs), apply second coat in the opposite direction. Allow full cure before tiling, backfilling, or flood testing.
