Aqua-Seal is a ready-to-use, single-component elastomeric bituminous membrane coating designed for heavy-duty external waterproofing applications. Its high elasticity (>150% elongation) allows it to accommodate significant structural movement, thermal cycling, and vibration without cracking or delaminating.
Aqua-Seal is applied by brush or roller in multiple coats to form a seamless, self-healing membrane. It is ideal for below-grade concrete foundations, basement walls, underground parking structures, bridge decks, and areas subject to ponding water. No heating or flame application required — cold-applied for maximum safety.

Clean the substrate thoroughly. Remove all dust, grease, loose particles, and efflorescence. Fill any large cracks with repair mortar and allow to cure.
Dampen the substrate with clean water. For WAPRO liquid, apply the first coat directly. For powder products, mix per specified ratio until lump-free.
Apply first coat evenly using a brush or roller, working product into the surface firmly. Ensure complete coverage with no pinholes or dry spots.
After first coat is touch-dry (2–4 hrs), apply second coat in the opposite direction. Allow full cure before tiling, backfilling, or flood testing.
